Pretty neat bag for when you're cycling
First of all i got this bag because didn't like the way my dads cycling bag looked (i know a bag is a bag at least it gets the job done), but i mainly got this one because it matched my Bacardi cycling jersey so well! I was stoked to recieve it.Pros:• light weight and compacted• fits snug on my back• great to carry my nintendo switch, essentials and munchies• the bladder is just the right size for me• love how this bag doesn't move! Some bags even with the buckle(s) fastened they still move around, but this one doesn't it hugs your back•bladder is and hose is easy to clean•not sure if its the bladder or bag but my water stays nice and cold for the duration of my rides•the mouth piece closes (push it down) to you wont leak out water and opens (push or pull up) to release the waterCons:• the straps aren't long enough on the waist or chest and im only 5'4" and weight 150• the chest buckle doesn't have a sos whistle like some do (my father bag does)• the bladder hose is annoying to take out or put on with this screw like twist on and off rather than an easy push in and pull out seal•The hose is really long i try doing cable management so it wont dangle so low, but the water didn't come out as it should without it so i took it off and just decided to tuck it behind my back.•if it gets chilly on your out and about with this bag, then you're outta luck. not even a light weight sweater or sweat pants can fit inside-Overall experience with this bag i really like i carry what i need without having to wear a bulky backpack or my dads ugly cycling bag lol. As for the bladder as easy but annoying it is to clean it, it does gets the job done.

Will buy a second one
Have done a 10 mile hike with this in the high sierras. I was looking for a hydration pack that is not too bulky. Just enough for the bladder, extra water bottle, snacks, and an extra layer. This is perfect. I am -5'6" and my husband is 6'4". We both fight over this pack and love the size for both of us. Straps are comfortable and so far, the quality of the stitching/construction seems good.My only concern was that I specifically wanted a pack that has two side mesh pockets for sports drink or bike water bottles. I thought in the photos, the mesh on the sides were these pockets, but it is actually one big pocket behind the lower zipped pocket. Problem solved though as the pocket is deep enough to carry two bike water bottles or the 16oz energy drink bottles

Lots of storage space
This backpack has room for lots of little things and even a few mid-sized things. I made a quick run to the grocery store and was able to put the couple of items in it with room to spare. I am not fond of the placement of the bladder. I have an old Camelbak where the bladder is visible from the outside. It is easier to fill and empty to dry than this one. I bought this one because my Camelbak had no storage (a very old model). The Ripcord is comfortable. The bladder's flow is not as easy as my Camelbak; I really have to suck pretty hard. The mouthpiece doesn't leak when hanging down, however, as my Camelbak mouthpiece definitely does. It was difficult to get the mouthpiece open when I first used it. I REALLY had to bite down hard!! For a while!! I use it just about daily and have not had any trouble with the bladder leaking as other reviewers did. I have had it about 3 weeks.I like it a lot for the storage since now I don't need the hydration pack AND a lightweight backpack as well, but I'd probably do a little more research about the bladder being more accessible. That part is kind of annoying because of what I'm used to but I think most hydration packs these days have it that way.

Lots of storage with only a few drawbacks
There’s a lot of pockets to store items while you’re out and about. The packaging says there is a tube port on the left and right strap, but on the one I received, there was only one on the left strap. The waist strap was tiny, even fully extended. It didn’t get more than halfway around my waist (and I’m not a big guy by any means). The only other downside to this pack is the bladder pouch could have been a bit more accessible. Not the end of the world, but just a minor gripe. Other than those items, it looks and feels well put together and it certainly has more pockets than I expected.

Awesome backpack but very short straps!
Overall great product with 1 complaint. My only complaint after using this hydration backpack for two weeks now is that the straps that strap to your chest and waist or very, very short. They barely fit me and I am 175lbs (In good physical shape) and have a 32" waist. I do not see them fitting anyone with a larger waist or chest than me, but I do have a bigger chest than waist.Keeps water cool, easy to use, fill, empty and etc. My water has NEVER tasted odd or weird with this pack. High quality materials have been used with the backpack. Backpack comes with a lifetime no hassle guarantee as well.Overall great product and I definitely recommend it.

Returned it.
Returned it in exchange for the Camelbak Aurora, which I am now obsessed with and can't imagine life without. This Outdoor Products one was over 1lb heavier, which doesn't seem like much, but it made a huge difference. Also was bigger and sat lower on my back, so that added to the extra weight. I can't even tell I'm wearing the Camelbak Aurora. This thing is fine, but it is noticeable and feels like a backpack. The Aurora is essentially weightless and I forget it's there. I paid an extra $15 for the Aurora, and I think it was worth twice as much. The Outdoor Products bag is well made and everything, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
