Pretty far away from Fukushima. Opposite side of Japan, on a separate island. **Q: Can someone tell me the difference between all the DoMatch's?** A: Basically it comes down to grade and organics. They offer an organic and non-organic version of each type of matcha. Ceremonial grade is the highest grade of matcha you will find online and is best reserved for traditional Japanese tea ceremony(basically whisked into hot water.) The 2nd Harvest is a bit of a "dirtier" grade but is still very high quality, in fact I find their organic 2nd Harvest is better quality than a lot of "ceremonial grades" of other brands. **Q: baking** A: I wouldn't think this would work well in baking. U must mix up with water first, don't use it in it's dry form. too concentrated. **Q: I have previously bought DoMatcha's ceremonial matcha. how does the taste compare? Is it worth buying the summer harvest since its less expensive?** A: The summer harvest has a rich and creamy texture. Comparable to the ceremonial. I did find that the difference is in the sifting before pour. The summer harvest is slightly more lumpy and sticky. The internal pouch that the tea sits in is difficult to get the contents out of once there's not much left - could you design something that's easier to deal with?
