Specifically the length and width of the bottom (looks more narrow than the top) as well as the height.** A: I did not measure at the bottom but at the top the inside dimensions are 12 1/4 x 7 1/2 x 4 1/4. Bottom is a tad bit narrower than the top. **Q: Good for storing shoes?** A: Maura...I can store my shoes but I think if you wear a larger size....about a ten or greater....there could be an issue. **Q: How much weight can it handle stacked?** A: Surprisingly, 110 lbs! My test box caved in after 20 minutes at 145 lbs. That's cement blocks stacked on a single box, with a lid, on a scale.
