Very nice book. Recipes are easy and each recipe has illustrations. I definitely recommend this book ! 5 stars

Makes baking easy for the amateur.
Perfectly illustrated at each stage of the recipe. Makes baking so simple. Easy to follow steps making every stage clear as a bell. My only reservation (and reason for the 4 stars instead of 5) is that presumably it's American as some of the ingredients are referred to slightly differently to UK versions. Once you realise what's meant by them - no problem. It really is a great boon to anyone not 100% sure about baking. I'm sure I will try some of the other 'frame-by-frame' cookery books as they look great too.
