Perfectly cold water and has zero issues!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable, well designed and easy to use. *by on Reviewed in Canada 16 July 2025* We bought this dispenser 2-1/2 years ago because lifting bottles to the top was becoming harder as we got older and we knew it would become impossible in time. It has performed flawlessly. It has been moved around many times. It is not light but I am 71 and can handle it OK. The hot water is great for tea, instant soups and is "sip-carefully" hot. The hot water button is also protected by a slide you need to hold back to use so the chances of an accidental burn are very slim. The cold water is almost icy. It has a handy bracket on the back to keep it the proper distance from walls and cabinets. It has a small red light to let you know the bottle needs changing. There is a hook inside the door to hold the cap while changing bottles and the whole process is very easy and straight-forward. The top of the dispenser is flat and a great place to put a supply of drinking glasses. If you remove the drip-catcher (just lift it out) you can fill a standing 9" water bottle.
