It does lessen back pain!

Surprisingly effective!
I’m sure results vary, but my lower back was so tweaked likely thrown out at work. I loathed sneezing, coughing & many other movements requiring the use of back muscles. I was consistent with this for a few weeks and my back pain is almost completely gone. This may not be the panacea for severe back pain depending on the injury, but I was quite compromised, and I’m now comfortably able to sneeze and bend over to pick up items, not wear a brace and relax on the couch comfortably.

Used as directed...out $20
I have moderate lower back pain, took this supp as directed (2 per day) for 30 days and detect no change in my pain level. I feel fortunate that at least with this supp, I can tell if it works or not! 90% of the supps I take, I have no idea if they are beneficial...I run on hope alone. I'm looking at you Vit D, CoEnzyme Q10, Tumeric, Cognitex, NAC, Alpha Lapoic...
