These were good value and a good buy

Summary: I’m a seasoned athlete. What this means is I’ve keep an eye out on maintaining health and progress safely. Energy in the gym, a nice pump and keeps you going. Also helps with recovery. If used well. Keep within the 5-10 tablets max window. Usually 5 before a workout works well in my experience as a seasoned athlete. Details: Personally I find 5 pre workout and 5 after works well. Maybe even 3 post workout and 2 a few hours later if I go for a walk. You feel flat if you’ve not eaten for a while and these, when walking on an empty tummy, I found make me feel stronger and my muscles are ready and fuller. I see this visually, too. I don’t much enjoy having a pre workout meal. As a seasoned athlete I look for where the bottle necks are, and how to overcome them safely. My experience with many other athletes, and studying the mainstream supplements coupled with biology and physiology, has helped me reduce supplements to the most needed, for myself, for performance and safe usage. The body needs ways to repair itself and maintain velocity. During a workout having something to eat can help overcome a lot of after effects such as burnout or fatigue. But can also make you feel groggy or lethargic. Everyone is different. I’m the latter. These EAAs help give me energy and a nice pump for any workout. Hence - job done.

Order came in time. The product seems to work. The only thing I’d say is the tablets are quite big so taking the 5 tablet serving takes a lot of water to swallow

I ordered this product because I'm going to the gym at evening time. I don't like to have meal too late in the evening, but having these tablets helping my recovery and building muscles...

It's too early to notice any benefit as I have only been taking them for 2 weeks. So far no side effects.

Je suis très content du produit ( les quantités de sa compositions et les quantités des pilules sont top) . au début, un peu de mal à avaler la pilule à cause de sa taille. Mais on s'y fait sur la longue. Je les avale sans eau , en mangeant. Lol

Utilizzo regolarmente integratori a supporto dell'attività fisica e ho voluto provare questi Bandini EAA per il recupero dopo gli allenamenti. La prima cosa che si nota è la formulazione completa, che comprende tutti i 9 aminoacidi essenziali, inclusi i BCAA, fondamentali perché il nostro organismo non è in grado di sintetizzarli autonomamente. La confezione da 480 compresse è uno dei principali punti di forza: dura a lungo e offre un ottimo rapporto quantità/prezzo. È una soluzione pratica soprattutto per chi preferisce le compresse rispetto alle polveri, evitando shaker e preparazioni quando si è fuori casa. Le compresse sono ben realizzate e non ho avuto problemi particolari nell'assunzione. Seguendo le indicazioni riportate dal produttore, risultano comode sia nel post-workout sia distribuite durante la giornata. Dal punto di vista della composizione, apprezzo la presenza di tutti gli aminoacidi essenziali senza zuccheri aggiunti e con una formulazione adatta anche a chi segue un'alimentazione vegana. Inoltre il prodotto è realizzato in Italia e viene dichiarato conforme a diversi standard qualitativi. Qualche osservazione critica è comunque doverosa: gli EAA sono utili soprattutto quando l'apporto proteico con la dieta non è sufficiente o nei periodi di allenamento intenso; se si raggiunge già il fabbisogno proteico quotidiano attraverso alimentazione e proteine in polvere, il beneficio aggiuntivo può essere limitato. Essendo in compresse, per raggiungere il dosaggio consigliato bisogna assumerne diverse ogni giorno: chi preferisce una soluzione più rapida potrebbe trovare più pratica la versione in polvere. Come ogni integratore, non sostituisce una dieta equilibrata né un programma di allenamento ben strutturato. Nel complesso mi hanno convinto. La formulazione è completa, la confezione è molto conveniente e la qualità percepita è buona. Se cercate un integratore di aminoacidi essenziali in compresse, senza aromi e facile da portare con sé, questo Bandini rappresenta una scelta valida sia per chi si allena con costanza sia per chi desidera supportare il recupero muscolare senza ricorrere alle classiche polveri.
