They're also great to wear before bed to help my eyes 'wind down' from artificial light. I feel like I really transition into sleep better. They're good quality and do the job. If you buy anti-glare glasses that are a bit more expensive, they'll probably be lighter weight (these have a plastic frame that can feel a bit heavy on the nose/ears after a while), but for the price these are fantastic.
