4FT T12 daylight LED lamp directly relamps fluorescent bulb F40T12 without rewiring or modification. It is a plug and play product from our Relamp Series when switching to LED lighting. The 4FT T12 daylight LED lamp bulb works with most magnetic ballasts and all modern electronic ballasts. It is fully compatible with Instant Start, Programmed Start, Rapid Start ballasts and legacy pre-heat magnetic ballasts. (**Note: Not compatible with some legacy preheat magentic ballasts: Magnetek 345-L-TC-P & 413-C-TC-P, Lumi-Kon HR-240-120-CP, Universal 202-B & 720-LR-TC-P, Advance HB-234-TP, BenchLite RL-240-1-TP, Carroway 1011A, Pacific Ballast EN-234-TP.) It is designed for general lighting. Features: Energy saving of 45% from 40 watts to 22 watts with 2400 lumens output. All plastic diffuser and construction for better light distribution, less spot reflections Long life span of >50,000 hours Daylight of 6000K color temperature High lumen output > 110 lumens/watt Installation as simple as changing a light bulb: 1. Turn off power. 2. Remove the T12 or T8 fluorescent bulb/tube. 3. Install the T8 LED lamp into the sockets. 4. Turn on power. Relamp LED products are designed and developed by New York LED Luminaries, Inc., Brooklyn, NY. Note: Other sizes and Circline T9 are available. Please check for other listings.
