These capsules are tasteless and odourless and easy to swallow, which i like. Its strictly over 18yrs of age and 1 capsule a day with plenty of water and with all these types of products / supplements, any medical conditions, high blood pressure etc must be checked out first. Taken 30-45 minutes to allow the effects to kick in, I find these supplements have really made a difference to me and the effect can be felt for several hours. Most of these supplements contain ginseng to name one of the 7 elements in this particular formula. When your looking at prices on Amazon online, they also carry the unit cost as well, which is helpful for comparisons. This is a 700mg formula and there are 10 capsules included with a long use before date, so plenty of life in them.
