Usually you get whitening OR you get breath freshening, but you don't often get both in the same product. Orecare actually did a good job at providing both benefits. I actually love that it doesn't include parabens, fluoride, peroxide, or artificial flavors and dyes. The flavor was very minty, but almost like a spearmint, which I like much better than typical mint toothpastes, and it helped to remove bad breath and keep it fresh afterward. It foamed up well during use, so I only needed a small pea-sized dot to cover my whole mouth.
