A: It is not that hard to put on and it is great to be able to move around with the ice pack and have it stay in place. I love mine and like knowing I have   it ready if my shoulder flares up.

**Q: Can I use this on right or left shoulder/arm? Also, I am 215 lbs, and rather built...will this fit larger adult makes? Thanks**
A: This can definitely be used on either arm.  The elastic stretches enough to fit someone 6'1" and 210 LBS so I am assuming a few more pounds would not be a deal breaker.  Good luck.
