I contacted them and they went out of there way to try to help me. The problem was with me. I had a stroke and I could not tighten where the batteries goes in. It has to be tightened very tight . This flashlight is great to have for SHTF, or a blackout! You also can take this flashlight to camping and fishing. The flashlight get hot very quickly in one mintue when you hit 16,000 lumen! The flashlight is way more brighter than a car light for sure! When you first get the flashlight charge it for 8 hour by using your cell phone USB, wall plug! IMALENT is a young company which lacks a real R&D department as most of Chinese companies. They only care for easy earning profit but never for quality product.
