Review: Can save your house! - Used this FOTING 1.5HP sump pump on a job where we installed a water collection basin for a client. Her French drains had completely failed and runoff was starting to destroy her pool and yard, a pretty bad situation. This pump handled it effortlessly. The flow rate is no joke, it moves a ton of water fast and kept up without any issues. Exactly what you want in a setup like that. We ran it with the float switch and it kicked on/off like it should, no problems. Build feels solid and dependable. Honestly, this pump saved her yard from what would’ve been some very costly damage. If you need something that can actually keep up with serious water, this one gets it done.
Review: Working Great to Circulate my Waterfall pond - We have a small 20 by 15 foot pond, about 3 feet deep with a waterfall. About 3000 gallons size. We needed a constantly running pump in the skimmer box to keep the water circulating up to the 6 foot high waterfall at the other end. I was hesitant what to buy. But this product has been doing the trick without problems for months now. It is up to the task. Just make sure you have netting to keep debris and sicks out of its inlets. Also great auto shut off feature that pivots down & off when water runs low. That way you don't burn out its motor dry. (Which we did with prior pumps) When water level rises again, restarts and off you go. This should work very well in pond skimmer of right depth size and basement sump pump recess for you. So far ours is steady & durable.

Used this FOTING 1.5HP sump pump on a job where we installed a water collection basin for a client.
