I use this to make Dr Davis’s fermented “yogurt “.
I use various microbes, ultra pasteurized half and half and this great prebiotic. I heat 1 1/2 cups of the half and half to almost boiling, stir in 2 tablespoons of the inulin, then add 2 1/2 cups of half and half with the ultimate yogurt machine. Easy! Extremely high success rate so I don’t plan to use any other brand of inulin.

Perfect Consistency in Homemade Yogurt
I made my first batch of homemade yogurt ever with Anthony's Organic Inulin Powder and it was the best yogurt I've ever had! Obviously there are several contributing factors to it, and you have to be confident in making yogurt - but the consistency of it was incredible. I will absolutely be ordering again!

Excellent product and price
Tasteless, odorless, comes in an easily resealable bag. In short, it’s doing everything it’s supposed to do. Inulin provides healthful fiber to smoothies, hot homemade cocoa, and puddings. This brand is priced well and I’ll be buying it again. Provides.

Solid choice
I really like Anthony’s products. This doesn’t seem to dissolve as well as other brands that I’ve used, but I think it’s high-quality and the price is reasonable. I would buy again.
