DJI FPV Remote Controller 3

I’ve been using the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 with my FPV drone and it’s made a big difference to the flying experience. The dual-stick controls are smooth, precise, and highly responsive, which gives me a real sense of control — especially noticeable when doing fast maneuvers or flying in manual mode. The ergonomic, compact design makes it comfortable to hold even for long sessions. It feels well-balanced and less tiring on the hands compared with bulkier controllers. Battery life is excellent — I get many flights or sessions out of a single charge before needing to recharge. The transmission range is also impressive, giving me plenty of freedom to fly without worrying about signal issues. Another big plus is the versatility: the controller supports multiple flight modes (Normal, Sport, and Manual), making it a great fit whether I’m doing relaxed cinematic flights or pushing the limits with acro/stunt flying. Overall, the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 feels like a professional-grade piece of kit — responsive, reliable, and polished. For anyone serious about FPV flying (racing or cinematic alike), I think it’s absolutely worth it.

Definitely pick one of these up if you own an Avata 2 because this is the way it's meant to be flown, it's much better than the Motion Controller once you've got the hang of it. Also connects to PC via USB C and works in all the drone sims. Had to jiggle a few screws (as intended) to un-fix the left thumbstick in order to fly it in acro aka 'manual' mode. Very lightweight but still feels good quality, including the sticks/gimbals, buttons, dials, etc. and it's very comfortable to use. Has a little notch you can clip a lanyard to as well. Holds its charge for a very long time.

Just picked up the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3, and honestly, it’s made getting into FPV way less intimidating than I expected. DJI do not disappoint with amazing quality

Using this with both the Avata 2 and Neo, and honestly — it transforms the experience. The control is far more precise and confidence-inspiring than the Motion Controller. Sticks feel great, gimbals are smooth and responsive, and every input feels instant. Pairing was effortless, and the ergonomics are spot on — lightweight but solid in the hand, even for longer flights. USB-C charging and excellent battery life make it practical too. It really should be included with the Avata 2 and Neo kits — it’s that fundamental to getting the most out of these drones. If you're looking to unlock full manual flight and real FPV control, this is the upgrade you won't regret.

My parcel didn’t arrive for whatever reason but amazon was amazing they gave me a full refund and i did go out and buy it at my local dji shop. it’s really high quality and really light at the same time!

This is a great addition for the DJI drones especially for those who are used to a traditional RC tx and can't get on with the Motion controller that gets bundled with the Neo & Avata drones. It's fairly lightweight but has a decent battery that I've yet to recharge, only had it a few days so far! Being able to use manual mode is a huge advantage over the Motion controller too! Links with DJIs virtual flight sim via a USB C which is great for no damage practice!

Very great. Over priced (imo) a bit but I am just happy that this exists. I really could NOT get on with the Avata 2 motion thing so I had to get this. I used to fly drones/trains/planes/automobiles :-) and this 'stick' controller is the way it's been done for years. So, more cash down but that is the nature of the hobby. Wont 'Drone' on (snarf) but yea, this is great! Works so well with the Avata 2. I will persist with the motion thingy though.....

Demasiado bueno, te lo recomiendo si quieres pasar de sport o normal a manual, y aprender a tener más nivel manejando fpv además sirve con más módulos de DJI

Bought for DJI Neo 2, works great, battery lasts multiple hours no problem. For the price it definitely could have come with a lanyard but not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this over the motion controller.
