I think so but I can swallow any size supplement. They are gel-type capsules and a little smaller than the size of a pea.

how much parsley oil is in each gel?

sorry i have no idea how much parsley oil is in this product but i can say for certain it is an effective breath freshener it effectively counteracts garlic and onion odour in my own experience

Does this help with body sweat odor?

Good question! I don’t know about body sweat odor, but my man is one who sweats garlic and onion out of his pores after eating it, and it does help that! I guess its worth a try!

I love these! They really work!

I’m so impressed with these capsules. They really work well for me. They’re easy to swallow and they last about 4-5 hours. I still wear a mask sometimes, so I often smell my own breath. lol Unfortunately, sometimes when I don’t eat for a while, my breath is particularly foul, but these capsules clear that right up! What a lifesaver. I will definitely be buying more!
