The quality of the item was good and so easy to put up. The 75mm padding makes it very comfortable and all of the attachments means it is suitable for all forms of treatment. Wish I’d returned the bed as soon as it arrived as it was flimsy compared to my last bed that was used for 10 years. The adjustable headrest kept locking in the upright position after 6 months, basically they didn’t want to know, even blaming me for how I’ve treated it. I look after all my equipment carefully. Have had to order new side arms to replace it myself. My only thing is if you're mobile it's not great purely because it's pretty heavy and faffy to get in and out of the car. I only have a small car (vw polo) but it fits fine on the back seats.
