Review: DOES NOT WORK FOR TRAVEL - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FOR TRAVEL. It does not work outside the US even with a voltage adaptor. We did not discover this until we tried to use it in Europe on a vacation well after the desertcart return window. Customer service was terrible when we contacted them well within the one year warranty period. Initally, they asked us to provide our information for a possible repair of the steamer, which we did. When we provided everything to them in the format requested, we did not hear back. When we followed up, we were told that it was user error that led to the malfunction. My wife and I are experienced travelers and we know how to use electronic products outside the country. The steam iron has only been used once domestically and no longer works. We had no choice but to throw it in the garbage.

Works great removes wrinklesbut water runs out after one shirt. Love it because can just keep in closet for quick steam. Bought for travel and will take but perfect to have on hand for quick touch ups. Works very well: better than expected. Great price.
