I have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed by the Roterunner A6 Pocket Notebook (Bold Classic) 3 Pack 3.5x5.5 Dotted Mini Notebook Journal . I love everything about it. For a 3.5 x 5.5" it packs in so many features. First it's a dot journal. I love the fact that these dots are kind of a faded ink. What I mean is that the dots sort of blend into the background, yet you can still see them when you need them. They are unobtrisuve. I hate it when journals have bold dark lines or dots. To me it's very distracting when I'm trying to write. The size is perfect. You can take it anywhere with you. Sometimes I just throw it into my back pocket. A nice feature that the journal has is an index on the first 3 pages, so you can categorize your entries. The pages are also numbered. On the top of the page corners there is a printed fill in, to insert the date. The cover is made of a durable pleather (plastic leather, for lack of a better word). The journal has a built in ribbon bookmark. The back cover includes a little folder to put loose papers in. I use it to put an old expired gift card in. I use it to draw straight lines in the journal. It's always handy & always there when I need it. There is also a piece of elastic on the back cover that keeps the journal closed when not in use. The last feature that I really like is that all the pages are perforated. You may not ever pull out any pages, but at least you have the option to do so. When you order this journal , it comes with 3 of them. When I purchased these journals is was under $15. That breaks down to about $5 per journaI. I think this is an exceptional product. It's well worth the price. It exceeds the leading brands in quality, value & cost. To make this the ultimate journal, It would have been great to have a pen holder attached to it. This however is easily remedied by watching a few diy videos online to get ideas on how to make one. Overall this is a great journal!

Amazing! The quality is perfect and the notebooks are very easy to use. I think more people would buy them if they were a little bit cheaper, but they're still an okay value. So far, I don't think my pen bleeds through the paper. I love the dotted pages to take easy notes! My favorite feature is how there is a little folder in the back of the notebook to keep private pages and/or money. The notebook also has a page to put your phone number and name in case it gets lost.

The cover is more on the soft side than the hard side. It does fit in my pocket which makes it convenient to carry around. The perforated pages are a nice touch. It’s a great addition to my journal ecosystem.

I was initially hesitant because I have had my fair share of false advertisement of pocket notebooks with specific GSM. There are quite a few known companies who sell a dotted, soft cover, perforated, fountain pen friendly, pocket notebooks. The fountain pen glides smoothly depending on nib size and shows ink nicely with the cream colored paper. Love the fact it has pages and small faint circles if so chosen to use the notebook to list to-do’s. Also love how malleable the note book is. Size is perfect and the pocket in the back is just enough with matching color binding to the cover. I have always preferred soft cover, dotted pocket notebooks and this has been the cheapest found in Amazon. Yet for what it is.. seems people are sleeping on this one. So many hard cover notebooks sold on most stores, this one is worth the $$. Hoping for more colors ( yellow, navy blue, pastel orange, etc)

Roterunner was a brand that I almost never seen discussed with notebook enthusiasts and writing utensil fans, so I didn't know how it'd do with my particular use cases, but I was willing to give it a try especially at the very attractive price point, and I'm surprised how nice these small notebooks were. The notebooks are very durable for their size, and have modestly tough outer covers. Not indestructible by any means but for the thickness, weight, and price - very good. Also the binding is tough, can be laid out flat, pulled, pressed and closed back up with no concern over deformation or break at the hinges. I got the dotted paper and while I think the paper is nice, there are page numbers and other little details like check box circles and such details, so if you want a clean page - this may not be the option for you, but I find the additional details nice. With the numbered pages, it's an interesting choice, as pages can be ripped out and are nicely perforated. So if you need to jot down a note and share it, you can with ease. The paper though, surprisingly good at handling some of the wettest fountain pens and inks I have admirably, with limited bleed-through on each page, allowing you to often write on both sides of the page without sacrificing legibility. A surprising benefit, with many notebooks struggling with this. Recommended for anyone looking for smaller (not many pages) notebooks that are for quick notes and low leverage writing. May not match the bigger brand notebooks in terms of a more daily carrier, but for a three pack of capable notebooks? I think Roterunner is a slept on option.

These are really good notebooks. Use them with my Lochby. Mainly use gel pens and G2 to write with no issues.

High quality soft cover leather notebook that I've enjoyed carrying around with me everywhere. It lives up to everything it promises. Honestly, nothing else needs to be said. If you like the style and want something this size, this is probably what you're looking for.
