Very light & fresh fragrance.

Still as wonderful as I remember it.
It is a delicate Eau de Toilette fragrance on my skin. No hint of overpowered and stale sent as the day goes on. I love it. I always did. I didn't realize Crabtree & Evelyn still had it. I had looked on their site before and they only had a smattering of their products.

The Crabtree and Evelyn Summer Hill EDT is wonderful!
When I first put this on, I felt like I had just walked through a damp botanical garden full of lilac bushes, lily of the valley, peonies and fresh cut grass. I just wish the scent would linger a little bit longer!

This is dishonest.
This was not Summer Hill. It smells like old powder from the 1950's after you spray it on. The bottle size and box are much smaller than the original (I have the original of my Mum). This is wrong is so many ways.

Not the original scent but it’s still doable
I’m questioning if this is a knock off or if they reformulated the scent to include a lot of powdery notes. I’m an aromatherapist for 30 years now. There are florals yes but there are powder notes like Nuntucket Briar. I won’t return because it doesn’t have the horrible sillage of cheap perfume and it’ll work fine to spray on bedsheets or drawers. I might not wear it out in the world only because even though I’m 54 I’m not old yet and the powdery notes is what grannies wear. If this is a true C&E then they changed the scent.
