Ripped, Opened and Refurbished? Wrong colour?

I rushed order these green suspenders and bow tie hoping it will be new but received opened packaged that is been taped and suspenders wrapped around. Closer inspection the suspenders where ripped in a spot where it was visible. Finally tie and suspenders are the different colours. Not worth as new item.
