I am happy to report that I was wrong. I would recommend you follow the installation instructions exactly and make sure you wait the instructed time before using it. When I replaced a waterfall shower head with this style head, the water hit the opposite wall too high. I simply relocated the head with this new holder, and it's now perfect.
