It’s our go-to for birthdays and special occasions. The only thing I change is substituting half lemon juice for half of the water when I want a stronger, tangier lemon flavor. When I make cupcakes or small loaf cakes in my toaster oven, I lower the temperature by 25 degrees and reduce the baking time by about 5 minutes. They come out thoroughly cooked and very soft. It’s been consistent for us, and I keep buying it because it’s a moist cake mix that tastes great. This was my first time purchasing it from Amazon because Walmart was out of stock.
