If your pool is dirty.. This isn’t your Robot Vac
I was so excited to receive after watching videos and reading Google info on this BeatBot! Wow .. was I disappointed ☹️ I will start by saying.. right out the box.. Super easy and Quick setup ..unpack and plug in charger port and throw your Robo into the pool to start cleaning .. ( so I thought ) I had super high hopes for this Robo and already named her Andi .. As soon as she started .. I saw her first swipe over the dirt laying on my shallow end and notice everything she was trying to pick up was being spit out through the top of the blower right back into the pool to land in another spot ..This is where my sadness started but I still had high hopes for Andi .. She tried her hardest to start the climb the pool wall and nope .. it just wasn’t in her to make the hike ..( so I thought to myself .. maybe at full charge she’ll make a comeback) so I allowed her to continue the floor and she continued blowing out debris back into the pool.. and then the dreaded red light bar on her front showing full basket.. and she decided not to return as specified to be retrieved.. So I grabbed the hook they provided and used my own pole to attach so I could fish her out .. Upon retrieving.. Guess what ?? Nothing in the basket except for a few particular pieces and my sadness grew deeper .. I decided .. Time for a full charge .. maybe with a 100% .. She’ll do better and make me happy .. So I placed her on her charger and continued my day .. The app was a disappointment as well .. Wi-Fi is loss upon entering pool and it doesn’t do really much other than tell you the % of charge .. Needs a lot of work and good luck with updating Firmware 😂 The very next day .. ( although charge was completed with 2.5 hrs) I decided to try again .. It was even worse .. She couldn’t pick up, no climbs and she had to idea how to map my pool .. At this time I decided it was best to place it all back into the box and return to Amazon .. I WILL SAY - the return was THE BEST PART of this product - Packed it, went to UPS, although there is an option to print a label and schedule from front steps.. and Amazon received, inspected and returned 100% of my cost ! Sorry to say .. This wasn’t the Robo for me .. but it maybe for a Sparkling Pool that doesn’t need cleaning 😂

Overpriced and half-baked
Pros: Good suction and power to climb walls. Cons: Literally everything else. I have a fairly small (12K gal.) rectangular inground game pool that is only 5 ft. deep in the middle. This cleaner simply does not clean the entire pool even though it seems to think that it does. It has never mapped this pool's simple design and instead used what the Beatbot app refers to as "DeepSense Mode". In actual practice, it simply uses a seemingly random pattern to clean the floor and VERY often misses large sections when it "finishes". The wall cleaning mode does a nice job using the N pattern to climb the wall and briefly scrub the tile line EXCEPT that it constantly seems to lose its way, backtracks and cleans the same section of wall repeatedly. I watched it clean the same 2-3 foot section of wall 5 times this morning only to see it finish without touching over 1/3 of the wall surface at all. The app is rudimetary at best and fails to pick up on the device gaining or losing connection before or after a cycle, forcing you to back out and "enter the device" again. I've already sent more time reviewing this than it's worth. Considering all of the flaws and vaporware claims for "smart" functionality, it would be a huge understatement to call this overpriced. Would not buy again at less than half the price.

Do not buy - does not do a good job
I looked at a lot of online reviews and the Beatbot Aquasense seemed to be a good pool robot. I liked that it had an app, was smart, came with a charging dock, and would park itself on the wall when it was done cleaning. Well…. Got the robot, charged it to 100% and pitching the pool for its first go. It left a lot of debris in the pool, did not clean the stairs or bench area. Next day, try it out again… keeps getting stuck in a corner of the pool. Factory reset, charge to 100% and try again. Seems to cover the whole pool, not cleaning well, and it won’t dock. I have to fish it out. I have opened 3 tickets with support. They cancelled one and the other 2 are just sitting. The App is 100% useless. It does NOTHING except tell you the percent charged while on the charger. The minute you put the robot in the pool, it disconnects. I have a rectangular pool and the robot can’t map it… just says it used “deep sense” to clean the pool. The product itself seems like a solid build and nice. The software is terrible, support does not exist, and it simply does not clean the pool. Please don’t waste your time on the Beatbot robots. I’ll be. Boxing up and returning…. Order the new S1 pro from Aiper and hoping that cleans the pool.

I’m disappointed
First of all, I like that it’s cordless, and the charging dock is convenient. It takes only about 3 hours to completely charge after use. The suction seems to be good, and it’s easy to clean the filter. It moves much slower than the vacuum I replaced (Nautilus CC Plus). It only climbs about halfway up the walls. Although it’s supposed to stop at the edge of the pool at completion, it often stops in the middle of the deep end, where I have to try to get the hook just right to fish it out. This is not worth the price, and I have some buyer’s remorse. There are so many ads for robotic cordless vacuums, and so many claims about what they’re supposed to do, that it’s hard to make a decision. I think I made the wrong one this time.

Pretty good!
This cordless pool cleaner is so cool! It’s so much easier to handle than those with cord. It does its job and cleans the bottom and walls of my pool thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised to find it parked at the waterline neatly and quietly after cleaning. I could effortlessly lift it out of the pool myself. Money worth spent! I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Awesome
It cleaned my entire pool in 77 minutes And when it was finished it docked itself on the seat/ledge in the deep end of the pool just reached down and lifted it out. Very impressed with this robot I highly recommend this Beatbot Aquasense

Disappointed
I was so excited to get the BeatBot AquaSense and looking forward to not having to vaccume anymore. Followed the instructions, charged it fully, and placed the unit into the pool. Unfortunately, it never completed the cleaning process and stops in the deep end of the pool. I will try one more time (already tried 2 times) and watch the unit as it "works" to see if I can figure it out. At this point, I may have to return the unit.

Not as clean/overpriced
Tried to run this to clean up the pool and it took me forever to start it up and etc. finally got it to work, and even after multiple attempts it wasn’t as clean as I hoped. Would not pay $1k for this.
