I bought the Echo Show 5 (3rd Gen) for my nightstand, but I quickly realized the fixed angle was annoying. I was constantly craning my neck to check the time or see the camera feed. Here is the breakdown after using it for a week: The Angles (The Best Part) This completely solves the "bad angle" problem. The tilt and swivel are smooth but stiff enough that the screen stays exactly where you put it. I can angle it up towards me when I’m standing in the kitchen, or tilt it down if I’m lying in bed. It rotates 360 degrees, which is great if I want to turn the screen away from me quickly for privacy. Sturdiness & The "Anti-Slip" Base I was worried this might be top-heavy, but it’s surprisingly grounded. The base has a nice weight to it, and the magnetic/anti-slip bottom actually works. When I tap the screen to snooze an alarm or skip a song, the whole thing doesn't slide across the table. It feels planted. Fit & Design It fits the 3rd Gen perfectly. It doesn't look like a weird, bulky aftermarket attachment; it looks like part of the device. It snaps on securely (magnetically) and doesn't feel like it's going to fall off if I bump it. It definitely clears up some counter space since it lifts the device up a bit. Bonus Feature (Phones) The description said it works for phones, so I tested it. It actually makes a pretty decent stand for my iPhone if I'm watching a video while cooking, though I mostly bought it for the Echo. Nice to have the option, though. Value for Money For the price, this is a no-brainer. It turns a "meh" device experience into a great one. The build quality feels like it will last longer than the Echo itself. Final Thought If you have an Echo Show 5, just get this. It stops you from having to awkwardly hunch over to see your notifications. Solid, simple, and effective.

I purchased this for my echo show five it fits perfectly and I like the fact that I can swivel it left or right I can push it up or down. It’s great. I love it. The appearance is cute. The stability is great, the size it’s not too big. It doesn’t get in the way. I can fit it in the palm of my hand and it was an ease to install. . I'd like the way it swivels except I don't understand the metal part and wanted to use for the size is perfect it holds easy to install of course nothing to it I'm sure you'll have fun using it and looking at it since you can turn it in right to left almost 360° at least 180 for sure enjoy it I do

I should have bought this months ago. Better sound, screen visibility, and just better aesthetics. Very decent quality and no problems with it so far.

This stand is very strong & sturdy. It's easy to turn Alexa & she remains Secure the entire time! Love this stand better than all others I have had!

Just as described, sleek and easy to use.

Most times, you get what you pay for. Sometimes more, other times less. This unit is OK for the price. It is white plastic that matches the SHOW nicely. Footprint is about the same size. That said, it is pretty light in weight, being plastic. No comparison to the stand for my SHOW 8 ( metal with rare earth magnets); but this stand was half that price. I had to tighten up the mount screw a bit, but it's all good. Can't say if it is any better, or worse than other offerings. I liked it enough to keep it.
