## Description

Product Description               Our biltong is made using only the finest silverside of beef. The beef is then marinated using an original South African recipe, it is then cut into strips and hung in our special biltong drying room before being hand-picked, sliced and packed ready to be enjoyed as a high protein snack. Not only is our biltong tasty and healthy as a snack but it is also a great source of natural protein. Air drying the beef removes all excess water and makes it possible to have such a high protein to weight ratio of around 55% protein.
