Review: Hertz 6.5 components rock! - Excellent for the money! I installed these in a vintage car and wasn’t expecting much, I was wrong! I’m the past I was an avid MB Quart guy (pre 2004 before they were sold) and used to be spend a lot on auto stereo stuff and I was always somewhat disappointed. I scaled back my expectations and bought these 6.5” components for a loud an Italian sports car. While these aren’t the MB Quart of the past, these things play loud and clear and I’m using an Alpine head unit (1990s) with speaker level outputs. Best $100 you can spend!

**Q: It says 75 watts each speaker... does that(75 watts) include the tweeters? How many watts is the woofer alone?**
A: it is 75 watts for the tweeter and mid bass. They do not rate the mid bass alone.

Excellent for the money! I installed these in a vintage car and wasn’t expecting much, I was wrong! I’m the past I was an avid MB Quart guy (pre 2004 before they were sold) and used to be spend a lot on auto stereo stuff and I was always somewhat disappointed. I scaled back my expectations and bought these 6.5” components for a loud an Italian sports car. While these aren’t the MB Quart of the past, these things play loud and clear and I’m using an Alpine head unit (1990s) with speaker level outputs. Best $100 you can spend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great sounding speakers from Hertz entry level lineup. They play clear and loud installed in the doors of a 2007 Honda Accord. Full and articulate bass blending well with the tweeters mounted near the a-pillar. The tweeters are a little bright connected to the factory head unit which will be upgraded along with an amp tomorrow. I’m very pleased with the sound of Hertz Uno component speakers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product for replacing stock speakers

This is an excellent pair of speakers. I used them to replace the 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid EXL stock speakers. I got an immediate increase in volume and quality. They offer much more satisfying base, and a better listening experience overall. For the price, you can't beat this product. If you are using these on a Honda with a similar configuration (10 speaker system with stock amp), do yourself a favor and remove the crossovers that live on the Hertz twitter cables because the signal that comes to the twitter speakers is already being filtered in the stock amp. If you wont do that, it would be preferable to keep the stock twitters.
