It looks solid, feels solid, heck, even the Type-C cable and USB to Type-C adapter feel heavy compared to typical ones. So, why only four stars? Well, this thing is chunky and heavy, but that isn't the issue. I have another brand's much smaller, lighter, and cheaper battery bank and you know what it came with - a carrying case. As thick and heavy as this thing is, plus the premium price, it should come with a case.
