Necessario congelarlo almeno a -18° per 24h prima di utilizzarlo, serve un congelatore a pozzetto perche è è piuttosto ingombrante. Seguendo tutte le indicazioni e capito come usarlo il risultato è buono, circa 1kg di gelato scarso.
