I can't believe I was able to do this myself and make the phone actually work. The spudger tool broke immediately. The instructions were just ok. If I had never replaced a screen before I would have needed better pictures. The instructions do not include the camera removal. It wasn’t hard, but it is a necessary step. The screen may be a little bit dimmer than before, but everything works fine, including Touch ID and hard press. It may also be a slightly higher profile. Not a problem. It took about an hour from start to finish. I was working from a very broken screen so removal took me longer. I used a heating pad around the phone to loosen the adhesive. I also took my time. You could probably do it much faster.While it is nice that the tempered glass protector is included, it is crappy. One side will not attach to the screen so there is air behind it.
