This isn't a real review as I haven't used my pans yet. I expect they'll work the same as most every other cheap non stick pan I've bought. Price is good, love getting some smaller pans - but the reason I posted a review is that several people had posted they were thrilled to get pink pans in place of champagne. If color really matters to you, my champagne pans are not pink and I never cared either way but was curious. On the downside the largest pan is definitely smaller than my standard baking sheets. I welcome the smaller sizes as perfect for roasting veggies. But now I'm thinking I might need to hang onto my old pans and these were supposed to replace my 2 old stained and battered sheets. Didn't measure, just assumed large would be the familiar size

I've been using this product for over a month now I don't use it to bake mostly to roast vegetables in the oven and I typically wrap it with aluminum foil before putting the vegetables to make clean up easy and they've honestly been very helpful being able to roast my veggies has helped me add a new flavor to my dishes and the trays have been very useful and I have not run into any problems so far. The only thing is that when handwashing the dish soap doesn't lather that well and it takes an extra effort to rinse off the soap but I think that has to with the type of metal of the trays but it's definitely a really good product.

Five stars! I bought these cookie sheets thinking I'd be a regular baker, but turns out, I'm a cookie sheet whisperer! Every time I put cookies on them, they vanish within minutes. It's uncanny! The non-stick surface is so effective, cookies slide off and disappear before I even get the oven mitts on. Not sure if this is advanced technology or cookie magic, but I'm not complaining. Warning: may lead to mysterious cookie shortages and an irresistible urge to bake more. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their vanishing cookie act!"

If you love the color be sure to use aluminum foil to protect the surface. I love the size of the smallest one, because it fits in my toaster oven. I have only used it twice. The first time I used parchment paper to protect the surface and it still stained the surface in a couple spots. If you want to keep them nice I would suggest aluminum foil.
