I see some reviewers claim it works well for them, so perhaps there are different models of this that the seller is sending out and I got one that isn't good. On the one I received the combs are way, way, way too short, and they don't fit together, so this just falls out of my hair. It could perhaps be used as merely a decoration without working with the purpose of actually holding your hair in place without something else (an elastic or something?), but I tried all manner of things and finally came to the conclusion that it is simply a poor design. It's a shame because it IS pretty. I am very familiar with this type of comb, so I can say with positivity this is not user error. In fact, I'm attaching a photo of a different stretch comb that I have and love, and hoped to find another that would work as well. As you can see, there is just no comparison in all respects. You will note how long the combs are.
