After using for just 1 year, the microphone stopped working and can only record noise but not normal sound.

The arlo HD video doorbell is great.easy to install (had a little issue with the app but nothing major) plus the subscription is very reasonable. All round ...great if you want to feel safe and secure. Would highly recommend.

AVOID
Bad refurbished gear, firmware corruption, despite appearing pristine. Doesn't work, strong wifi connection and doesn't film or record anything. No help from Amazon despite my concerns. AVOID these people selling refurbs...

Good dorbell
Some times it's not detecting motion what ever you do in front of dorbell, motion indicator don't flash, so its not notifications issue, settings change didn't helped me.

La detección de movimiento deja mucho que desear, incluso para detectar personas en movimiento con condiciones óptimas de luz. Es muy lenta y, a veces, ni funciona. No es lo que se espera de Arlo. Tengo otros productos de este fabricante y no he tenido problemas, hasta ahora.
