Using it 3 days after surgery once I took my bandages off. Provided great support for my bilateral mastopexy. It has just the right amount of compression. This garment helped me gain my mobility faster during my recovery. I'm a 32F and I got a large, could have used an XL but there isn't an XL. The bra runs small. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and wish I had 2! ### ⭐⭐ Didn't work for me *by L***9 on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2018* I bought this bra because I wanted a postop compression bra without the wide Velcro straps on the bra provided by my surgeon. I ordered according to the size chart and eagerly awaited it's arrival. Shipping was prompt but I was very disappointed when it arrived. First of all the bra was too big - even on the tightest hook setting. Secondly the material in the cups doesn't seem very compressive. I expected it to be more sports bra-like. Last and by far the most disappointing is the raised external seams on the cups. Nothing in the picture included in the listing indicated that the seams stuck out from the bra. There is no way one could wear this bra with a t-shirt. I tried to wear it anyway thinking I might get used to it but that didn't work. This one is my favorite. It’s nice quality and supportive. It does not lose its shape after time. There are seem lines on the outside of the bra that you can see through some shirts if they are thinner material but the bra was so comfortable that I didn’t really mind. I ended up purchasing another one.
