The temperature is a little tricky. If I keep them in the fridge, they warm up too quickly on my arms. But if I keep them in the freezer, they are too cold. So I keep them in the freezer, pull them out and lay them on my countertop for about 5 minutes, then pull them onto my arms. This gives me just the right amount of chill to help my elbow tendonitis.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing for icing your back while moving around

Used this pre and post surgery for lumbar fusion. Since you can Velcro it around your waist it can be positioned perfectly to get relief on your back while on your feet. Freezes quickly and long lasting. I have others that I have to keep repositioning and must stay seated or lying down which is good but as you need to increase your mobility this is the absolute best. It is comfortable to wear and is barely noticeable under a shirt.
