The description of the beads in the picture shows a solid color, HOWEVER, they are not. These beads are clear with a hint of color in the inner part of the bead. I like the size of the beads.Edit: The beads come in the little packets that are in the description. They are a nice set for me to use to add accent colors to large projects. I have beaded for years so they were no surprise for me. I loved the bright orange and have used it in a butterfly for an accent color on the wings.
