How many servings does this make? What size?

1/4 teaspoon makes 8 oz of electrolyte drink.

Where does the lemon flavor come from if there is no lemon or natural flavors added? Makes no sense.. Does citric acid taste like lemon .

There is no lemon flavor. I suppose the citric acid is what they are advertising on as 'lemon.' It's actually flavored more like saline water. The only two ingredients are Celtic sea salt and citric acid. They are correct the container will go a long way but it does better if u brew a strong flavored tea and add to that bc there is no 'lemon' or other flavor than the salt, from what I found. In regular water it's noticeable, in a flavored tea it's more disguised and better.

How many 8oz servings are in each 4.2 oz container?

My guess is over 60. We use this every day and each have 1 scoop in 8oz water. I order this once every 2-3 months.

The ingredients do not list calcium, which leads me to believe it is only present at trace levels
