I purchased the Jensen about four months now and It has performed well. I have been out on the boat over 15 times and have had no issues with the radio. I have gotten compliments from others on how well it looks on the gauge panel and how great it sounds. Admittedly the first time I connected it was several steps (just follow you tube). once connected I have yet to need to re pair my phone. I only ue my phone on the boat- so maybe if you are trying to pair multiple phones on and off there may be trouble? I could not be happier with this unit.
