As my schedule can be odd at times, these meal drinks come in quite handy. They don't have that sometimes off putting taste found in similar products which is a plus. As far as tastes go...everyone is a bit different and some find the tastes of these chocolate and vanilla drinks to be just okay and others love them. I happen to like both but don't find them "great" tasting.Ease of mixing -Shaker container - put 1 inch of water in container, add powder, gently put on top of powder standard ice cubes, slowly add water to complete volume. Close and shake. This method tends to work well to make sure more powder is blended and no or little stick to the container.Hand blender - similar to above in having small amount of water, then add powder then on top of powder use crushed* ice along with more water to complete. The crushed ice on top holds the powder down a bit so that the hand blender can be put in slowly and start blending without mess and reduces powder sticking to the sides if done properly.Being a sample pack, the order was pretty much a bag with 10 of each packets dropped in. This is sparse but certainly acceptable as no slick packaging is needed. As far as ingredient profile is concerned, MET-Rx is one of the better ones though a few might rate better.
