## Questions & Answers

**Q: How to flatten the curled mat quickly after rolled delivery?**
A: Unroll the mat on a flat floor, weigh down its four corners with heavy items for around 24 hours, or soften it first by 2 hours of sunlight exposure, 40°C warm water soaking, or a few minutes of hot air blowing to speed up flattening.

**Q: Is edge curling a common issue? Will edges curl again after long-time use?**
A: Curling only happens from rolled packaging; it won’t re-curl after fully flattened under normal daily use.

**Q: How to clean stains and cat urine splashes on the mat?**
A: This product is easy to clean, simply wipe it with a damp cloth dipped in mild soapy water.

**Q: My door has a threshold; will this mat fit properly?**
A: We have widened the carpet protector, so you can cut it into any shape you want, or cut it into single-sided or double-sided wings to satisfy your needs.

Perfect solution to my cat scratching the carpet at the door! Super easy to set up as well. Carpet is now well protected!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fit for purpose
*by E***D on 18 February 2026*

Easy enough to cut down but likes to curl back up. Can easily be rectified by using a hair dryer to warm it up, spikes on the bottom are very sharp yet it still moves round a bit. Did what I needed it too however.
