Want to suggest these to my boss as a florescencent replacement for his C store.** A: Magnetic ballasts are not compatible with ANY LED tubes I have seen. You will need to cut the ballast out of the circuit and run your power wires directly into the tube. This will work for any voltage, 120,277. This is easy to do, though more work. But the advantage is the ballast is out of the system. This means no heat/power consumption by the ballast, no annoying flickering caused by the ballast. Also your lights will be more reliable because they won't stop working when the ballast fails. The other good news with this option is it allows you to install it in a T12 fixture. **Q: Why the light flick after I install in?
