I used it twice a week but not left on for to long .

Just bought this and it doesnt have instructions in english. Can anyone let me know how long to leave it on for etc?

So basically , you can leave it on for 5-10 mins if you want yellow tones disappearing , if you want a silver/Grey tone , leave it on for 20-25 mins xx
