**Q: What is the volume and the sugar content?**
A: Volume is 30 oz.; total sugar is 19g, including 4g of added sugar. Organic kesar pulp does not have added sugar. Delicious in my opinion.

**Q: what is the difference between pulp and concentrate?**
A: There may be no significant difference in many instances, but a fruit concentrate is simply juice whose water content has been reduced.  Fruit pulp will include the natural juices and some of the fruit’s solids, but usually without reducing the water content of the end product.

**Q: Is Mango pulp the same as mango puree?**
A: No- pulp is thicker than purée and is a better choice for mango pies or ice cream.

**Q: What is the difference between alphonso and kesar mango pulp?**
A: The pulps are made from the different types of mangos- kesar Mangos are brighter orange and slightly sweeter than the Alphonso mango which is milder.
