I am really impressed with the ability this product has two slice through apples and potatoes. This is a total game changer for making so many foods. This simplifies making apple pie’s and so much more. It can be adjusted to produce so many different results. It doesn’t come with very good directions, but it is fairly self-explanatory. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is the handle. It is very ugly, but more importantly not functional at all. It falls off very often and I find myself using it without the handle more often than with the handle. But it digs into the apple so deeply as to waste about the first third of the apple and then jumps out to the correct (more or less) depth of the apple and works well enough from there.
