**Q: I can't seem to get my switch backplate unscrewed. the screws won't budge and i'm using the blue one per reviews here. am i missing something?**
A: Hi, Thanks for your support in purchasing our screwdrivers for Switch, This screwdriver set can be used to disassemble Nintendo Switch, many customers use them to disassemble and repair, if you want to disassemble it, you need to use Y2.0 screwdriver and Phillips 2.0 screwdriver, the screw model is marked on the screwdrivers.
I suggest you can search for a Switch disassembly video, and then refer to the operation. I believe that you can take it apart.
