Amazing! I had an overheating/throttling problem with games before buying these two products. That problem is now solved.The company that makes this has good instructions on their web site. Read them. I used the credit card method and it was quite easy to apply on both the CPU and GPU. I strongly recommend this product.On a final note, I bought this product instead of Arctic Silver 5 mainly because it was slightly lower in price. I didn't have much hopes of it going to be helpful to make my old laptop behave correctly, as it never did, it turns out it had a very big patch of bad quality thermal paste from the factory, so it was doomed from the beginning, but after applying a drop-sized blob of this thermal paste and making sure it had a thin layer applied, it runs better than new and temps are now on a normal range, so I can expect from it a few years more of use out of it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Chosen after some online research *by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on January 5, 2014* I wasn't expecting to have to buy thermal compound since my cooler vendor's instructions alluded to "included" compound. Unfortunately, it turns out that they must have meant "included by someone else".There are a lot of choices for thermal compound, so I did some online research. I learned that for simpler applications (click-fastener coolers and no overclocking), there's really nothing to be gained except cost and difficulty in choosing one of the exotic compounds.This one is easy to apply and is said to give better heat transfer than the most basic thermal compounds based upon zinc oxide.The manufacturer's web site has helpful instructions.
