Great company to deal with. When it was delivered, the box was badly damaged. Looks like the UPS children had a soccer game with it. All the nails that came with it were all broken to little pieces. I contacted Hoteche and explained what happened. They send me replacement nails. Very nice of them to do that. But the nailer is awesome. Made very solid and works great. I will say that I was not impressed with this tool and plan to return it. It would run a few small nails, then stop, and start and stop. Never knew when the thing would decide to operate, but it certainly wasn't an issue with overheating. The device really struggled to get nails in completely, even with the soft pine I was using. It took me a little bit of testing on some cedar fence pickets before I got the hang of it!
