I bought the item in premium condition and it arrived with everything exactly as described. I’ve put about 13 hours of playtime on it so far with zero issues. The console runs perfectly, the Wi-Fi connection is solid, and the packaging was great. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Came as expected in excellent condition. The panel that covers the fan was removed for whatever reason but was easily reattached and without damage to the console. Fantastic product, I’m enjoying it immensely.

I can't even play a full game I bought a subscriber nothing I bought a CD player it's the same thing. You have to review your products the console you sold me always crashes since I bought it I've never played a complicated game. Your console is not good

Works well, as if it’s brand new, came with everything, controller, the console, and all cords. Not a scratch, the packaging it comes in is secure as if you brought it from a store. Everything feels smooth, new and pristine. From other reviews, it seems like it could be a possible gamble whether your console comes with problems or not, I just happen to be lucky I suppose.

System is pristine, controller is also flawless. The package came with a power cable, hdmi, and usb-c to usb-c cord. Giving it 4 stars bc it did not include the horizontal clips that come with a new box. I will have to purchase separately. Leaving the system horizontal enables optimal cooling and prevents possible liquid metal melting down into the system that can brick it. Don't sit your ps5 upright!
