I love Kim Scott’s work and I was inspired to buy this book on the back of Radical Candor. Although I have started reading this book, it is not an easy or delightful read. I am sure there will be value in the pages and I will report back here once I have finished reading this book.

I just had the opportunity to hear Kim speak and she is amazing! I’m half way through this book and love it! I recommend to anyone that works with other humans, not just managers or people in leadership!
